3. 於預訂後的28天內,支付首期及簽署買賣合約,然後交換合約
4. 於交換合約的60天內,支付餘款

買家在英國購買物業時需要支付印花稅土地稅(Stamp Duty Land Tax, SDLT)。 支付金額取決於購買物業價格,居住者身份以及是業主還是投資者。
在英國購買和出售物業都需要律師來處理買賣相關過戶手續。業權過戶轉移是指財產所有權從原來的轉移到另一位,當中包括交換合同和物業交接。 律師收費由850英鎊起 (另加增值稅)。律師亦會因應物業類型和購買方式,如現金或按揭貸款購買,而收取不同費用。詳情請向您的律師諮詢。
當物業完成過戶後,你需要支付物業的各項費用,包括地租、屋苑管理費和保險。市政稅則由單位住客繳交,所以如果業主為自住或單位為空置,業主也需要負擔市政稅。
海外買家是可以申請按揭購買英國物業,建議海外買家在預定單位後便可進行按揭申請, 而按揭成數(Loan-to-Value, LTV)和利率則取決於申請人的身份和銀行政策。
