Minimal Property Taxes 

Making a property investment in Thailand allows you to benefit from remarkable returns fuelled by an attractive tax system. There are no additional taxes for foreign investors. Transfer tax and other expenses are as low as approximately 2% - 2.5% of the property price. Investors are required to pay a Land & House tax with rates in accordance with the asset type.
