The " Nue EPIC Asok Rama 9 “Free 5-Year Thai Elite Visa” Privilege " will take place from February 3 to March 15, 2026.
Buyer who signed the reservation form and paid the deposit THB 100,000 per one unit on Nue EPIC Asok Rama 9 selected 3-Bed unit (76 or 100 Sq.m) during the event period can redeem 5-Year Thai Elite Visa. (“rewards”) .
The “5-Year Thai Elite Visa” Privilege applies to buyers who complete the 30% of the purchase price and signed the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) on or before March 15, 2026. Buyers who fail to sign and return the SPA to the developer or make the 30% payment on or before March 15, 2026 will forfeit their eligibility for this offer.
The value of the “5-Year Thai Elite Visa” is THB 650,000.
The approval of the “5-Year Thai Elite Visa” application is subject to the discretion of the relevant official authorities.
All rewards are limited while stock last.
All rewards given out cannot be returned, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
