Terms and conditions
The " Nue Mega Plus Bangna “Incredible Homes, Irresistible Offers” Privilege" event will take place from 17 May to 30 June 2025.
Buyer who signed the reservation form and paid the deposit THB 100,000 per one unit on Nue Mega Plus Bangna during the event period can receive designated to redeem “furniture and appliance pack” and “Apple Gift Card e-voucher” (“rewards”) .
Fulcrum Global will arrange the rewards after title transfer and inspection completion, while the customers send the signed official sale and purchase agreement to the developer and make the 30% down payment before 15 July 2025. If customers do not to sign the official sales and purchase contract and return it to the developer or make the 30% down payment, they will be disqualified.
Customers who purchase the specified units during the event period will receive the following rewards:
a. Furniture and appliance pack (equivalent to THB 200,000), it will be subject to order form.
b. An Apple Gift Card e-voucher (equivalent to THB 5,000), all the rights of e-voucher are reserved by the Apple Gift Card e-voucher .
All rewards are limited while stock last.
All rewards given out cannot be returned, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
Customers understand and accept that Fulcrum Global is not the supplier of the reward. Fulcrum Global shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the reward or the products services purchased with the reward, including without limitation, their quality, supply, descriptions of the Promotion Offer and / or the products / services purchased with the reward provided by the relevant supplier(s), false trade description misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorised representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the reward or in making available the reward or the products / services purchased with the reward by the relevant suppliers, their respective employees and / or officers.
The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
Fulcrum Global reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the event, including the terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.
The decisions of the Fulcrum Global regarding any aspect of the event, including eligibility, registration, and voucher redemption, shall be final and binding.
