Terms and Conditions

1. “Christmas Celebration at Nue Mega Plus Bangna” campaign will be held from 1 – 30 December 2024. 

2. Each group is eligible to have Grab e-voucher* (valued at THB 500). Limited quantity, while supplies last.

3. Customers participating in the event are required to provide their email address, and e-Voucher will be issued on the next business day of visit. Each group of customers can only participate once. If participants are unable to be notified due to incorrect registration information, system or technical problems, Fulcrum Global is not responsible, and all unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. Fulcrum Global will not mail the prizes to the winners.

4. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the terms and conditions of the event, including but not limited to multiple registrations or fraudulent activities, may result in disqualification and legal action.

5. Customers understand and accept that Fulcrum Global is not the supplier of the reward. Fulcrum Global shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the reward or the products/services purchased with the reward, including without limitation, their quality, supply, descriptions of the Promotion Offer and/or the products/services purchased with the reward provided by the relevant supplier(s), false trade description misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorised representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the reward or in making available the reward or the products/services purchased with thereward by the relevant suppliers, their respective employees and/or officers.

6. The furniture privilege is only applicable to selected units. Please contact the channel manager for details of the promotion. Photos and images are for reference only.

7. Fulcrum Global reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the event, including the terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.

8. The decisions of the Fulcrum Global regarding any aspect of the event, including eligibility, registration, and voucher redemption, shall be final and binding.
