The "Fulcrum Connect" referral program will take place from 1 June 2025 to 31 December 2025.
The designated projects include but are not limited to: Nue Epic Asok - Rama 9, Noble FORM Thonglor, Noble Around Ari, Nue Coast Khu Khot Station, Nue Riverest Ratburana, and Nue Mega Plus Bangna.
Referrers and referees must ensure accurate registration and appointment confirmations through Fulcrum Global's official social media platforms (Facebook Messenger, LINE, WhatsApp & WeChat).
Rewards will be issued to the referrer only after the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) is signed by the referee and 30% of the purchase price has been settled. If the referee does not sign the SPA or fails to make the 30% payment, the referrer will not be eligible for the reward.
Referrer receives 1% of the net unit price of the purchased unit, with the choice of a cash rebate or an equivalent value in ThaiHand e-vouchers. Cash rebates require valid bank account details; ThaiHand e-vouchers are sent via email.
Rewards will be settled within 30 days of the payment process outlined in point 4.
All rewards given out cannot be returned, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
Referrers understand and accept that Fulcrum Global is not the supplier of the reward. Fulcrum Global shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the reward or the products services purchased with the reward, including without limitation, their quality, supply, descriptions of the Promotion Offer and / or the products / services purchased with the reward provided by the relevant supplier(s), false trade description misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the reward or in making available the reward or the products / services purchased with the reward by the relevant suppliers, their respective employees and / or officers.
These offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
Fulcrum Global reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the event and/or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Decisions made by Fulcrum Global concerning eligibility, participation, and reward redemption are final and binding.
