    1. Pay reservation fee upon signing of the reservation form.
    2. Sign the OTP (Option to Purchase) within 7 days of reservation and pay 5% deposit
    3. Sign SPA (Sales & Purchase Agreement) within 8 weeks of reservation and pay 15% deposit to exchange contract
    4. Pay Buyer's Stamp Duty and Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty (if applicable) within 30 days upon signing of SPA
    5. Follow the progressive payment schedule according to the construction progress of the project

  • What taxes is required to pay?

    Overseas buyers need to pay Buyer's Stamp Duty (BSD) and Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty (ABSD). A flat rate of 20% ABSD is required from overseas buyers regardless of the number of residential properties purchased. Under the respective Free Trade Agreement, nationals of the United States of America and nationals and permanent residents of Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland will be accorded the same stamp duty treatment as Singapore citizens.

    You need a solicitor to carry out all the legal work and conveyancing processes when purchasing and selling your property in Singapore. Conveyancing means the transfer ownership of property from one to another, which consists of the exchange of contract and completion.   • Can Overseas buyers apply mortgage?

    Overseas buyers are eligible to apply for a mortgage upon purchasing a property in Singapore. It is recommended to start the mortgage application after the unit is reserved. Overseas buyers can borrow up to 75% LTV. Interest rates are subject to an applicant’s status and bank policies.
