Nexis Property x Fulcrum Global Referral Program 2022 (the Promotion)

Upon Successful Referral, Eligible Referrers may enjoy £100 Gift Card and Eligible Referees may enjoy Set Up Fee Waiver subject to the following Terms and Conditions of the Promotion:

Terms and Conditions:

1. The effective period (the Promotion Period) of this Promotion is from 1 October 2022 to 31 December 2022 (both dates inclusive).
2. Eligible Referrers means existing customers of Fulcrum Global during the Promotion Period.
3. Eligible Referees means new landlords of Nexis Property (Nexis) who (i) have not been engaged in discussion with Nexis regarding lettings and management arrangement with Nexis; and (ii) have not previously entered into lettings and management arrangement with Nexis.
4. Successful Referral means the execution of a lettings and management agreement by an Eligible Referee and secured tenancy of Eligible Referees’ unit.
5. UK£100 Gift Card refers to the £100 Amazon Gift Card for the Eligible Referrer in this Promotion, being a total amount of One Hundred Great Britain Pounds (£100) to be sent by email against the Eligible Referrer’s then next calendar month’s management fee payable to Nexis upon the Successful Referral.
6. Set Up Fee Waiver refers to the reward for the Eligible Referee in this Promotion, being a total fee waiver to the tenancy set up fee of a total and aggregate amount of Four Hundred and Fifty Pound (£450) (inclusive of value-added tax) to be applied by Nexis against the Eligible Referee’s payment of set-up fee under the new tenancy agreement pursuant to the Successful Referral.
7. Nexis shall have the sole and absolute discretion to determine the interpretation and operation of the Promotion (including to determine whether a Successful Referral has occurred or not and the eligibility of rewards (if any) to Eligible Referrers and/or Eligible Referees) and its decision shall be final and conclusive.
8. The Promotion is subject to availability on a first-come-first-served basis (with a total of 1,000 quotas only).
9. Nexis has the right to seek refund amount of the £100 Gift Card and/or the Set Up Fee Waiver amount from the Eligible Referrer and/or Eligible Referee respectively in the event the tenancy agreement pursuant to the Successful Referral were to be terminated (for whatever reasons) within three (3) months from the relevant commencement date of the Successful Referral.
10. The £100 Gift Card and/or the Set Up fee Waiver cannot be transferred, cannot be exchanged for cash or other offers, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, coupon, voucher, discount or otherwise offer provided and/or accepted by Nexis.
11. Nexis reserves the rights to, at its sole discretion, modify the provisions of these Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time without prior notice from Nexis.
12. The original text of these Terms and Conditions is in English. Where there is inconsistency between the English version and the other language translated version, the English version shall prevail.
