Terms and conditions

1. The Embassy Wireless campaign will be held from now to 30 Apr 2024. Customers who successfully purchase units of The Embassy Wireless before 30 Apr 2024, including signing the reservation form paying a deposit of 400,000 THB per unit, and completing the purchasing process for The Embassy Wireless, will be eligible to receive the corresponding Trip.com e-voucher.
2. Customers who purchase a 1-bed unit will receive an e-voucher worth 30,000 THB from Trip.com.
3. Customers who purchase a 2-bed unit will receive an e-voucher worth 60,000 THB from Trip.com.
4. Fulcrum Global will arrange the prize collection from 1- 31 Jul 2024, after the customers send the signed official sale and purchase agreement to the developer and complete the 30% down payment by 30 Jun 2024. Customers will be disqualified if they cannot fulfil the requirement.
5. All rewards given out cannot be returned, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
6. Customers understand and accept that Fulcrum Global is not the supplier of the reward. Fulcrum Global shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the reward or the products or services purchased with the reward, including without limitation, their quality, supply, descriptions of the Promotion Offer and/or the products/services purchased with the reward provided by the relevant supplier(s), false trade description misrepresentation, misstatement, omission, unauthorised representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the reward or in making available the reward or the products/services purchased with the reward by the relevant suppliers, their respective employees and/or officers.
7. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
8. Fulcrum Global reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the event, including the terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.
9. The decisions of Fulcrum Global regarding any aspect of the event, including eligibility, registration, and voucher redemption, shall be final and binding.
