Terms and conditions

1. “Songkran Festival SPECIAL” campaign will be held from 12 April 2024 to 30 April 2024.
2. After registering with Fulcrum Global, customers will be notified via email within two working days to confirm whether the appointment is successfully scheduled or not.
3. Each group has a quota of 6 participants, with a minimum of 2 people required for the group to proceed. If the number of participants does not meet the minimum requirement for the group to proceed, the itinerary will be cancelled. Fulcrum Global will send an email notification of the itinerary cancellation 2 days prior to the activity date.
4. Customers who successfully purchase the selected projects through Fulcrum Global official channels, including signing the reservation form and paying a deposit of 100,000 THB per unit during the campaign, and completing the purchasing process, will be eligible to receive corresponding prizes.
5. Selected projects of this campaign are 【Noble FORM Thonglor】and 【Noble NUE Srinakarin Lasalle】.
6. Customers who purchase the selected projects during campaign period, can enjoy 2% rebate and each unit will receive the free round-trip flight ticket (e-voucher worth 10,000 THB of Trip.com) when completed the transfer process.
   1. For customers who purchase designated units 【Noble FORM Thonglor】, they will receive a 2% rebate (based on the net price). The equivalent amount will be paid to the client's designated bank account after the title transfer of the purchased units is completed.
   2. For customers who purchase designated units of 【Noble NUE Srinakarin Lasalle】, they will receive a 2% rebate (based on the net price). After the completion of the title transfer, they will be eligible to receive an Ikea e-gift card of equivalent value.
7. Fulcrum Global will arrange the prize collection within 1 month’ time since transfer completed. Customers will be disqualified if they cannot fulfil the requirement.
8. All rewards given out cannot be returned, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
9. Customers understand and accept that Fulcrum Global is not the supplier of the reward. Fulcrum Global shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the reward or the products services purchased with the reward, including without limitation, their quality, supply, descriptions of the Promotion Offer and / or the products / services purchased with the reward provided by the relevant supplier(s), false trade description misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorised representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the reward or in making available the reward or the products / services purchased with the reward by the relevant suppliers, their respective employees and / or officers.
