Terms and conditions
The "5.1 Golden Week 2024" event will take place from 1 May, 2024, to 15 May, 2024.
Customers who successfully purchase for specified projects during the event period, including signing the booking form and paying a deposit of 100,000 Thai Baht per unit to the developer, and fulfilling the condition of terms 5 will be eligible for the relevant rewards.
The specified projects include Noble FORM Thonglor and Noble NUE Srinakarin Lasalle.
Customers who purchase the specified units during the event period will receive the following rewards:
a) Customers purchasing a specified 1-bedroom unit in Noble FORM Thonglor will receive a Trip.com e-gift card equivalent to 20,000 Thai Baht.
b) Customers purchasing a specified 2-bedroom unit in Noble FORM Thonglor will receive a Trip.com e-gift card equivalent to 40,000 Thai Baht.
c) Customers purchasing a specified 1-bedroom unit in Noble NUE Srinakarin Lasalle will receive a Trip.com e-gift card equivalent to 10,000 Thai Baht.
Fulcrum Global will arrange the prize redemption between 1 August and 31 August, 2024, once the customer has returned the signed sales purchase agreement to the developer and paid a 30% down payment by June 30, 2024. Failure to return the signed formal purchase agreement to the developer or make the 30% down payment by the specified date will result in automatic disqualification.
All rewards given out cannot be returned, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Customers understand and accept that Fulcrum Global is not the supplier of the reward. Fulcrum Global shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the reward or the products services purchased with the reward, including without limitation, their quality, supply, descriptions of the Promotion Offer and / or the products / services purchased with the reward provided by the relevant supplier(s), false trade description misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorised representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the reward or in making available the reward or the products / services purchased with the reward by the relevant suppliers, their respective employees and / or officers.
The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
Fulcrum Global reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the event, including the terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.
The decisions of the Fulcrum Global regarding any aspect of the event, including eligibility, registration, and voucher redemption, shall be final and binding.
